Madison Kitchens to Speak at the American Bar Association’s Annual Litigation Section Conference

Atlanta Products Liability partner Madison Kitchens will speak at the American Bar Association’s Annual Litigation Section Conference on May 1 in Chicago.  Madison will participate in a panel discussion titled “Class Actions—Beyond 23(b)(3),” where he will be joined by lawyers from the defense and plaintiffs’ bar.  More information can be found here.
