Nick Cohen is an associate in the Special Matters and Government Investigations practice in King & Spalding’s New York office. His practice focuses on government investigations, internal investigations, white-collar criminal defense, and related civil litigation. Nick’s experience includes representing clients in matters before the U.S. Department of Justice, Securities and Exchange Commission, Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, and state attorneys general.
Nick received his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law. During law school, Nick gained experience interning in the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office Consumer Fraud Prosecution Division. Prior to law school, Nick was an Investigative Analyst for the Kings County District Attorney’s Office in Brooklyn, New York, where he assisted prosecutors with investigations involving fraud, public integrity, organized crime, and homicide. Nick attended Virginia Tech where he earned a B.A. in Political Science with a concentration in National Security Studies.
