Victoria Panettiere is an Associate in the Special Matters and Government Investigations practice in King & Spalding’s New York office. Her practice focuses on government investigations, internal investigations, white-collar criminal defense, and related civil litigation. Victoria’s experience includes representing clients in matters before the U.S. Department of Justice, Securities and Exchange Commission, Public Company Accounting Oversight Board, and other domestic authorities.
Victoria graduated from The George Washington University Law School, where she was a member of the Federal Circuit Bar Journal and a student attorney in the Civil Access to Justice and Family Justice Litigation Clinics. During law school, she interned for the Division of Corporation Finance at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the Civil Appellate Section of the U.S. Department of Justice's Tax Division and worked as a judicial intern for the Honorable Rudolph Contreras.
Victoria is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and worked at KPMG as an auditor for two years prior to law school. She earned her B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Northeastern University.
